High dividend yield alone can be misleading — a stock whose price drops shows a mathematically higher yield. This portfolio first applies quality filters (positive ROE, positive net margin, low leverage), then selects the 20 highest-yielding stocks from the filtered set.
To qualify, companies must have positive ROE, positive net profit margin, and debt-to-equity below the sector median. These filters select companies with the capacity to sustain their dividend payments.
