Borsafolio is a web platform offering quantitative factor investing analysis for Borsa Istanbul (BIST) stocks. Services include momentum, value, low volatility and multi-factor portfolios, stock screener, sector analysis, and AI-powered chat.

2. Not Investment Advice

Borsafolio does not provide investment advice. All data, analyses, portfolio selections, backtest results, and AI assistant responses on the platform are for educational and informational purposes only. You should make investment decisions based on your own research and consultation with licensed investment advisors.

3. Past Performance

Displayed backtest results and portfolio performance are based on historical calculations. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Actual investment outcomes may differ due to commissions, taxes, liquidity, and market conditions.

4. Account and Usage

  • A valid email address is required to create an account
  • You are responsible for the security of your account credentials
  • The platform must not be misused (automated scraping, spam, etc.)
  • Borsafolio reserves the right to suspend any account without prior notice

5. Premium Membership

  • Premium features require a paid subscription
  • Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy
  • Cancellation can be made at any time
  • Refund policy: Full refund within the first 7 days

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, algorithms, and software on Borsafolio belong to Borsafolio. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Data Sources

Price data is sourced from Borsa Istanbul and Yahoo Finance, financial data from the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), and risk-free rate from the Central Bank of Turkey (TCMB EVDS). Data accuracy is not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Borsafolio cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from platform usage. Losses that may occur due to data errors, interruptions, or delays are the responsibility of the user.
